What is turnaround time?
Depends on the load it can be anywhere from 1 to 5 business days. Usually we finish all orders within 3 days.
What are the technical parameters for videos?
Format / Codec: H.264
File extension: .mp4
Video settings: NTSC, 1280×720, 30fps, progressive
Video bitrate: VBR, 2 Pass, Target 6 Mbps, Max 9 Mbps
Audio settings: AAC, 320 kbps, 44.1 kHz, Stereo
These parameters are ideal for uploading our videos to video sharing websites such as youtube.com or vimeo.com or using in online or business presentations.
If you need different video file settings, please specify it in the “comments” section when submitting your “video data” form.
I received my video but I would like to change something. Will you do it?
One change is allowed at no charge. For extra changes you will have to order same video again as video editing is a very tedious process and we do it on a very thin margin to provide you with the best service possible.
Can you create a completely custom video?
We don’t offer such service at the moment. We will let everyone know when we do.
I need a video in a different format. Can you do it?
Yes, when sending us data for your video, just specify in a “comments” section what format, bitrate, resolution etc. you need.
When I try to order it takes me to a different website. Why is that?

Why there is no email or phone number anywhere on your website?
Well, we don’t list our email because we don’t want spammers’ robots scan our website, collect our email and start sending us junk. Use our
contact us form, we will reply to you and you will see our email in the “from” field.
Regarding phone number. All OrderYourVideo.com related questions are much better handled through Paytory Helpdesk – support tickets system. However if you have a question that can’t be resolved through email, send us a message with your phone number and someone from our office will call you right away.
I found a video template on the internet (I have a template on my hard drive) and want you to use it for my video. Can you do it?
Sure, why not. If the template is free just email us the link where we can download it. If it’s a paid template, send us the URL. We will have to buy it and charge you the price of the template plus the price of the video. If you have that template on your hard drive, archive it into zip file and send it to us through our
contact form.
